How Much is Shipping?

Our shipping price is our actual shipping cost and it’s based on the total weight of what you order and the address of where it is going to. Please add a product you would like to purchase to our shopping cart, select your country or state from the dropdown, enter your postal code, and then click UPDATE CART. This will show you the shipping cost based on what you have in the cart. From then on anything you add or subtract from your order will change the cost of the shipping.



Do you carry parts for my product?

Maisto does not stock parts on any of their die-cast or toy product lines because they make so many of them it would be very difficult to have them all. The only parts available are Batteries and Remotes for some remote control vehicles. Occasionally we can get a part for an RC car as well, but you would need contact us to see if we have the part you are looking for.


Do you ship to my Country?

If you add a product to the shopping cart, you can then select a country from the dropdown list. If your country is not in that list, we don't ship to your country.


What is a scale variance?

With some vehicles, there might be a reason to manufacture a product slightly bigger or smaller depending on the need. In some of the products on our website, you might see (actual 1:27) on a 1:24 product. There is no 1:27 scale class, 1:27 is slightly smaller version of 1:24. They still look like a 1:24 but are slightly different in scale.


Can I pay via Check of Money Order?


We do offer check or money order payment. We absolutely wait  for them to clear the issuing bank before we ship anything since they are the choice payment of scammers. This may delay your shipment. To place an order, please enter your order on our website. Once you reach the screen that asks you to enter your credit card info, you can just close your browser window and email us. We will put your order on hold pending payment and provide you with payment instructions. If you don’t let us know, the order will drop off from our system later and you will need to place your order again.


Can I Return or Exchange my Order?


We offer 30 day money back guarantee so you can return or exchange the product for any reason. Your original shipping is non-refundable and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product must be un-open, with all packaging and in re-sellable condition. If you would like to exchange or return a product, please let us know and we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You must email our customer service for a return authorization number prior to returning any products or your shipment will be rejected. Click Here


What is an assortment or random product?


Maisto only sells those products in assortments for large chain stores so we cannot guarantee which product we will receive from them. If we don’t list it on our website individually then we have no way of guaranteeing you will get what you are asking for.


Do I have to pay sales tax?


We charge sales tax on any products sold within California. If you are a reseller, you can fax us your resale certificate and we will set you up to purchase without charging you sales tax.
